Auditorium

Hotline Mukesh Aggarwal Auditorium is ideal for holding Conferences / Seminars / Workshops or any Corporate programs.

The Auditorium has theatre-style seating with comfortable revolving chairs for 70 persons and is equipped with modern facilities like:

  • Large dais with two head tables.
  • High Quality audio system with cordless mikes
  • Roof-mounted LCD Projector
  • Wi-fi enabled
  • Spacious dining lounge

Board Room

ELCINA Board Room is suitable for for senior executive and board meetings. The Board Room can accommodate 15 persons on the main table with a supplementary seating for 10 persons.

LCD projector facility available on demand.

Committee Room

B.S.M. Deepak Bansal Committee Room can accommodate 25 persons. It is ideal for training sessions & corporate meetings. An additional meeting roomn is available adjacent to the main Committee Room, with similar capacity.

The auditorium and meeting rooms are air-conditioned. Standby power generator available.

Banquet / Catering Facilities
Buffet style Lunch / Dinner / High Tea can be organized as per requirements with a wide range of cuisines to suit your budget.

Other Facilities
Audio-Visual Equipments can be arranged as per requirement at cost.
